Ed has over 35 years of experience in multiple aspects of civil engineering. He begins each project with research and inspection of the project and property for its capabilities and obstacles. Projects may begin in the field then move to the design phase quickly and during construction Ed shepherds the project in Construction Administration. Ed's project experience ranges from Public to Private sectors with multiple varieties of clientele. From church, educational, recreational, retirement living, and medical to name a few private sector endeavors. Some of Ed's private sector experience includes City of Jacksonville, Dept. of Military Affairs (DMA), US Navy/NAVFAC, City of Jax Beach, St. Johns County, Clay County and State of FL Health Dept.
