Jeff has over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors of civil engineering. His past 10 years were spent at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Jacksonville District), with the past 4 years as the Chief of Waterways Design Section. Jeff was accountable for the production of construction documents averaging $200 million in annual construction costs; these documents included planning, design, and engineering for ecosystem restoration, coastal beach nourishment, deep and shallow draft construction and maintenance dredging, jetty and t-groin rehabilitation, Federal & FL Inland Navigation District dredge material management placement facilities, and levee inspection.
